NO REFUNDS
Because every grill is custom manufactured specifically for the customer, all deposits and payments are non-refundable. All custom orders are final. There will be no exceptions.
Order Cancellations
Order cancellations are not guaranteed and will only be considered at the sole discretion of the Owner and/or President of the Company.
If the Owner and/or President approves a cancellation request, a 30% cancellation fee will be assessed and deducted from the total order amount. This fee covers administrative costs, materials, labor, and processing expenses incurred in connection with the order.
By signing the consent form, the customer acknowledges and agrees that any approved cancellation will be subject to the 30% cancellation fee. No exceptions will be made.
Returns & Exchanges
Once an order has been paid and processed, there will be no returns.
NO EXCHANGES. All sales are final on all single teeth without a bar.
