Domestic (US) Shipping
We ship via USPS on the next business day after an order is received. We are closed on weekends and federal holidays. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Shipping options for custom grillz:

If you're checking out with Sezzle, we recommend selecting Expedited (1–3 day) shipping.
Average turnaround time on custom orders is 5–7 business days. Saturdays and Sundays are non-fabricating days; grillz are not worked on Sundays unless otherwise advised. Completion dates are estimates only and may change due to production delays, material availability, shipping delays, or workload.
Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a valid shipping address. Once a tracking number is issued, you are responsible for tracking and locating your package. Once the shipping carrier accepts the package, responsibility for it transfers to you — Atown Grillz is not responsible for incorrect addresses or lost mailed packages.
Packages returned to us due to an invalid address can be reshipped at your expense or refunded less the shipping charges already incurred.

Sales Tax
